- Analysis inputs: URLs and handles you submit are stored temporarily to deliver results
- Device & technical data: Browser type, IP address, operating system, and referral source
How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the SOHOCHEQ platform
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Deliver AI-powered SEO and social media analysis results
- Send transactional emails (account confirmations, payment receipts)
- Send product updates and feature announcements (you can opt out anytime)
- Monitor and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models without explicit consent.
Data Sharing & Third Parties
We share data only with the following trusted service providers who help us operate SOHOCHEQ:
- Supabase — Database and authentication infrastructure
- Stripe — Payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
- Netlify — Hosting and serverless functions
- ScrapeCreators — Social media data retrieval API
- Anthropic / DeepSeek — AI analysis processing
Each provider is contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:
- Account data is retained until you request deletion
- Analysis results are stored for 90 days then automatically purged
- Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations
- Anonymous usage analytics are retained indefinitely in aggregated form
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you

Children's Privacy
SOHOCHEQ is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
